 This online tool is for South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid members to check current eligibility status in our system. This is not a screening tool to see if you may be eligible for Medicaid. If you do not currently have Medicaid, you cannot use this tool.

 You will need the following information to check your eligibility.

  • Social Security number (SSN) or Medicaid ID (MID).
  • First name
  • Last name

It is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. *Days and hours may vary due to state holidays and bad weather.
