Q: What if I don’t have the info being requested?
A: You will need to supply the info indicated by the mandatory fields (*) to use the Check Current Eligibility Status tool. If you do not have this info, you cannot use the tool and should contact the Healthy Connections Member Contact Center at 1-888-549-0820. It is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Days and hours may vary due to state holidays and bad weather.
Q: What type of eligibility info will I see?
A: If we can match your info with eligibility in our system, you will see if you are currently receiving full Medicaid benefits or limited Medicaid benefits.
